What we know so far:

	The venue is licensed and no alcohol will be permitted to be brought in.
	We will be racing Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Test n Tune Saturday morning.
	Food and grog will be available from Friday afternoon.
	Camping is available from Friday onwards, no dickheads though. Pricing available soon.
	No need to bring your ice skates as some have suggested. Its only early June not July /August when the water is really cold. Picture this, boat racing during the day and standing by a large open fire having a few quiet ales and eating good food after the racing has finished.
	You will have to launch your own boats in the newly designed pit area (aka cattle feed) to help with traffic flow.
	We need help, course boats, lollipop boats and people to man them.
	We need sponsorship to help run the meeting. No sponsorship, no meeting. If you can kick the tin to help us we would really appreciate it and we will get your name up in lights on the web-site, air time all weekend on the PA and your name on the programme. Heat race sponsorship from $300.00.

Accommodation: We don't have any on-site accommodation only powered and un-powered tent and caravan sites. You can ring Kookaburra Caravan Hire (02)4577-8780 or Dolphin Caravan Hire (02)4572-7176 and they will bring a caravan out to Dargle, set it up then take it away again. Just ring (02-45791291 up to 7.30pm) or email Tracey to book a site.

If you don’t fill it out, you will be required to pay full admission &

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Only the persons named on the sheet will be entitled to passes. The first 4 listed are your freebies, except for camping, plus an extra 4 free Pit Passes.

Only a receipt will be posted, with armbands given at the entry gate, & they need to be signed for.

No passes will be posted.

If you require PREMIUM Passes for any of your sponsors you are able to purchase these.

The Pass includes; Entry, Pits, & Hospitality Tent for 1 or 2 days.

Fuel will be available for purchase on site. Please advise if needed

The Safety Levy will be approx $120.00 and payable on the weekend.

CAMPING FEES: $10.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, 12 to 16 year olds $5.00 per night and under 12's free to camp.
