This event is weather and COVID dependant. If we get wet weather in the weeks prior, the grounds will be unusable because of the recent flood so if we are going to call it because of either weather or COVID it will be done no later than Monday 23rd August.
Competitors will be able to submit their entries without paying the nominated entry fee until we are 100% that the event is going ahead and this will be known no later than Monday 23rd August.

Your Safety Levy of $185 for Seniors and $30 for Formula Futures will be due at scrutineering and can be paid via cash, cheque or credit card if not paid prior into the DVBC bank account.

Notes
• Any class not mentioned that wants to race must have 5 bona fide entries by Monday 23rd August.
• We will do our best to cater for the classes that want to race and we appreciate your support but due to time restraints this may not be possible.
• You must present all original documentation at scrutineering / registration.
• DVBC is a C1 meeting so a full APBA Licence is required.
• Methanol Order: Please indicate on the entry form how many 200 Ltr drums of Methanol you are buying. Price to be advised.
• Pits spots will be allocated after close of entries on Friday 20th August and there will be no transporters or caravans on the river side of the pit area.
• Four (4) pit and gate passes per entry paid and an extra 4 pit passes will be allocated to each entry paid if you need them but a gate pass will need to be purchased for each extra pit pass.
• Due to the number of races we need to run and the limited amount of daylight there will only be a short window of time for practice on Saturday morning.
• Water is open from 8.30am Saturday so the first practice or Formula Future race will be on the water at 8.30am! (Fog permitting)
• Camping is allowed in the pits on the perimeter fence.

A reminder of the APBA CONDUCT OF MEMBERS POLICY which will be enforced by DVBC and UHPBC at Dargle. MEMBERS 107.01
Rules: 107 CONDUCT OF MEMBERS
107.01 The Association will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse of its Members or Officials.
107.02 Any Driver, Riding Crew, Boat Owner or other class of Member of The Association that is found to have verbally or physically abused another Driver, Riding Crew, Boat Owner, Official, APBA Official or member of the public at an Event or meeting of The Association or Council will be disqualified immediately from that Event or meeting and will be asked to leave the venue.
107.03 A Driver and/or Boat Owner will be deemed to be responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their Crew Members. In the event that a Crew Member is found to have verbally or physically abused a Driver, Riding Crew, Boat Owner, Official, APBA Official or member of the public at an Event and such Crew Member is not a member of The Association, the Driver and/or Boat Owner will be handed the penalty.
107.04 Such behaviour will result in the offender automatically receiving a Red Card and any further penalty associated with a Red Card.
107.05 Any Driver, Riding Crew, Boat Owner, or other class of member of the Association deemed to have committed any of the following:
▪ Acted in an un sportsmanlike manner;
▪ Acted in a manner likely to bring the sport into to disrepute;
▪ Committed a serious moral or sporting offence; or
▪ Acted in a manner unbecoming of a member and prejudicial to the interests of The Association;
will be subject to the penalties as listed in “Rule 103 – Penalties” and/or the “Rules of the Association – Subsection 6 – Termination of Membership.
Furthermore, the DVBC and the UHPBC will not tolerate any abuse either face to face or via social media of any volunteer, official, competitor or spectator. Any person found to be abusive or bringing the sport and or clubs conducting the event into disrepute, will be asked to leave the venue immediately if they are present and or blocked from our social media platforms and they will also be refused entry for any future events and if the abuser is a competitor then their entry for next years event will be refused.
